The Regulation on the Amendment of the Regulation on the Activity, Operation and Audit Principles of Data Storage Organization dated October 15, 2020 and numbered 31275 was published in the Official Gazette.

The first and second paragraphs of Article 10 of the Regulation on the Activity, Operation and Audit Principles of the Data Storage Organization published in the Official Gazette dated 19/9/2018 and numbered 30540 have been changed. According to this:

1) VDK executives and staff, their spouses and children under their custody cannot trade and take positions in the markets where the transactions reported to the VDK are related, except for the provisions of the second paragraph.

VDK managers and all staff; Before starting their duty, they have to dispose of various assets and positions by selling or transferring them within thirty days from the beginning of their term of office.
