International Trade Law

International trade is all business activities of both real and legal persons in different countries between each other.International trade is subject to the laws of the states, as well as the legislation of economic s such as the EU and international law.

In case of disagreement, a lawsuit may be filed in the country of connection of one of the parties or it is possible for the parties to agree on this issue between them. It is possible for the parties to choose one of the two countries or even authorize a third country jurisdiction.

Penal / Criminal Law

Italian philosopher Beccaria is an important thinker of the Age of Enlightenment and is considered to be the first to systematize penal law.

Beccaria emphasized the principle of lawfulness in crime and punishment, the need for fast and fair trials, the principle of proportionality of crimes and punishments, the banning of all kinds of inhuman treatment of citizens, the need of banning of torture and infustice of arbitrary practice and secret prosecution.

Law of Foreigners

The subject of Foreigners Law is generally the legal status, rights, obligations and statuses of real persons in a foreign country.

After determining the nationality in terms of legal entities, only the legal situation regarding the foreign status can be examined. In some international multilateral conventions, the nationality of the person is not important in terms of protection mechanism.Everyone benefits from the same protection. For example, according to the European Convention on Human Rights, everyone, including stateless persons, has the right to apply to the european court of human rights (ECtHR).

Taxation Law

Taxation law is a set of norms that are among the branches of public law that include the State on the one hand and individuals on the other. Taxation law is also in contact with other branches of law such as Constitutional Law, Criminal Law, Administrative Law.

It is written as follows in article 73 of our Constitution. "Everyone is obliged to pay taxes according to their financial strength to meet public expenses. " It is written as follows. "Tax duties, fees and similar financial obligations are imposed, changed or abolished by law." With this sentence, the principle that taxes can only be imposed, changed or removed by law has been adopted.

In any case, there is a right in the world. And truth is above power.
