Dated April 24, 2021, Official Gazette No. 31 464 in Turkey Petroleum Corporation Goods and Services Procurement Regulations Amending the Tender Regulations was published in the Official Gazette No. 31 464, dated April 24, 2021
In the 12th article of the Regulation, in which the principles for determining the companies to be registered in the list are determined, the documents to be requested for the determination have been amended. The official document approved by the notary, which includes the signature samples of the official who declares that the representative of the company or the institution is authorized to sign, is called the signature circular. The term "signature circular", which is one of the documents requested for determining the companies to be registered in the list in the 12th article of the regulation, has been changed. It was announced that instead of the signatory circular statement, a "certificate of registration", which must be approved by a notary public, is requested. Registration certificate is a document regulated in article 16 of the Trade Registry Regulation and given to the person concerned in case of registration of the commercial enterprise and the ed title.
It was stated that the amendments brought with the said regulation will come into force as of April 24, 2021, the date of publication, and the provisions of this regulation will be executed by the Director General of Turkey Petroleum Corporation.
