Energy Market Authority Board Decision No. 9615, dated 15 October 2020, was published in the Official Gazette on 20 October. According to the decision of the Board, at the meeting of the Energy Market Regulatory Board dated 15.10.2020; It has been decided that refinery license holders operating within the scope of Petroleum Market Law No. 5015 can purchase LPG from other LPG distributor license holders by wholesale purchasing at most 15% of the annual LPG production capacity of the LPG distributor license holder.
