According to General Communiqué No. 583 on the Tax Procedure Law, published by the Ministry of Treasury and Finance (Revenue Administration) in the Official Gazette dated September 19, 2025, and numbered 33022, it has been decided that taxpayers who owe TRY 5,000,000 or more to each tax office, or who have finalized tax debts and penalties at or above this amount, will be publicly disclosed on December 1, 2025.
