ON THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE ON SEPTEMBER 15, 2020, MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF NATIONAL ACCORD OF THE LIBYA AND THE REPUBLIC OF TURKEY HAS PUBLISHED

ON THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE ON SEPTEMBER 15, 2020, MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF NATIONAL ACCORD OF THE LIBYA AND THE REPUBLIC OF TURKEY HAS PUBLISHED.

In the Official Gazette No. 31245 dated 15 September 2020, the President Decree on the approval of the Memorandum of Understanding between the Republic of Turkey and the Goverment of National Accord of the Libya has published.

In the content of the treaty text, it was emphasized that the parties will be encouraged to comply with the contracts of both governments regarding the rights of Turkish contractors arising from the projects they have undertaken in the Libyan State and to find friendly solutions to disputes.
