February 25, 2021 dated 31405 numbered Official Gazette 3582 No. President Decision, 'the Republic of Turkey and Mongolia Between Social Security Agreement' and 'the Republic of Turkey and Mongolia Between Administrative Agreement for the Implementation of the Agreement on Social Security' was published will entry into force. The agreements signed by the signatory states in Ankara on March 7, 2018 were announced by the Decree of the President that they will enter into force on March 1, 2021.
The purpose of the social security agreement in question is to ensure that the citizens of the state parties are treated equally in terms of rights and obligations. Also the purpose of the social security agreement in question is to provide health benefits in case of possible health problems and to provide retirement opportunities to those who pay insurance premiums after returning to their country from the other state party. And other purpose is to ensure that the person can receive a pension even if he / she moves his / her residence to another country, and to provide these opportunities for the family of the insured person. Citizens of the states will be able to benefit from these opportunities, which arise from the right to social.
