Law No 7188 on the Amendment of the Criminal Procedure Code and Some Codes came into force.

With Law No. 7188, which entered into force with the Official Gazette No. 30928 dated 24/10/2019, amendments were made in more than one law and especially in the Criminal ProcedureCode and in the relevant articles of some other codes, which include provisions on criminal execution procedure and criminal procedure proceedings.
