Regulation on Classification of Building Contractors and Recordation was published in the Official Gazette No. 30702 on March 2, 2019 and entered into force. With this regulation, all buildings subject to building license should have been built under the responsibility of a building contractor or a joint venture to be formed by them; Each contractor had to obtain an authorization number and use this number in the building license, occupancy permit and construction works contracts.
