Annulment Decision from the Constitutional Court!
In the Constitutional Court decision dated 19/09/2019, numbered 2019/42 E. 2019/73 K., published in the Official Gazette dated 15 October 2019 and numbered 30919; Some articles added to the Social Services Law No. 7166 of 21/02/2019 and the Law on the Amendment of Some Laws and Labor Law No. 4857 of 22/05/2003 were the subject of objection.
It has been requested that these articles be aned on the grounds that they are contrary to Articles 2, 10, 36 of the Constitution. It was decided by majority of votes to annul some articles on the grounds that they were against Article 10 of the Constitution.
